This primer was originally written for attorney's as a way to advise their clients on how to address sexual harassment in the workplace. This is an extremely useful tool and full of valuable information for any business. Covered topics include: recently strengthened federal law governing sexual harassment and suggested policies and procedures for establishing and implementing a sexual harassment policy.

1. Describe the scope and severity of the problem of sexual harassment.
2. Examine federal law governing sexual harassment in the workplace.
3. Identify employer liability in cases of sexual harassment.
4. Review policies and procedures for establishing and implementing a sexual harassment policy.
