CEU Course Description
Having the trust of those you work with is too important not to be intentional about building and maintaining it. With this book, you will learn how to build and maintain strong trusting relationships with others, and repair trust when it is broken, by being intentional and consistent in your language and actions. Understanding and consistently demonstrating trustworthy language and behavior will help you earn and keep the trust of the people you work with.

CEU Course Objectives
1. Identify the language of trust and recognize its distinctions including sincerity, reliability, competence, and care.
2. Exhibit an understanding of the traits that will help earn and maintain trust while reviewing sample conversations and vignettes used in the workplace.
3. Review appropriate methods to confront distrust and recognize how to communicate when trust has been betrayed.
4. Examine how the emotions, thoughts, and actions of trust originate in our brains and nervous systems in order to learn to act in ways that have a better chance of building and maintaining trusting relationships.
