This is a copy of the electronic exam. You have a choice of 3 different formats (.pdf, html and accessible text). Read more about the different formats and how to enlarge fonts

2. Read the Course Material Answer the test questions from step 1
3. Take the Electronic Exam
Get your results immediately! (70% is passing) close the window and proceed to Step 4 - submitting payment.
In order to maintain the integrity of the program, if you fail an electronic exam, you may re-test a maximum of 2 more times. After 3 failing attempts, no further exams will be accepted until the participant has made contact with an instructor.
4. Submit Payment
Press the 'add to cart' button. You may submit payment by credit or debit card or you may 'sign in' if you have a PayPal account, however, this is not necessary. If you do or do not have a Paypal account you may choose to submit payment online with your credit/debit card without going through your
PayPal account. PayPal provides 24/7 online fraud protection.
Your ceu certificate will be emailed, snail mailed or faxedthe same day payment has been received. Electronic ceu certificates are sent out twice daily - early am and late pm PST. There is no charge for requesting extra copies of certificates should you ever need them. See Sample Ceu Certificate.
