CEU Course Description
This course is intended to help clergy best address problems of alcohol and drug dependence on those in their sphere of influence. It covers the basic facts about alcohol and drug dependence and their impact on the individual and family members.

1. Know what core competencies for clergy successfully support individuals and families dealing with alcohol and drug dependency.
2. Understand the purpose of developing core competencies for clergy in addressing alcohol and drug issues.
3. Be prepared to build upon the core competencies in your clergy.
