The United States is experiencing an opioid addiction epidemic.  This CE course describes general principles of opioid use disorder (OUD) pharmacotherapy and discusses medication formulations, indications, and dosing for two of the three FDA-approved medications used to treat OUD - methadone and naltrexone.
