CE Course Description
This course contains 56 regulatory rights of medium- and long-term care residents under federal law. The format begins with a commonly asked question regarding resident rights and then answers the question based on federal law.
CE Course Objectives
1. Learn how many of the federal laws regarding resident's rights are interpreted.
2. Be able to put systems and procedures in place in a facility that ensure a facility is complying with federal resident rights law.
