CEU Course Description
This is a very basic course discussing Hepatitis C in it's acute and chronic forms and answering many questions surrounding Hepatitis C. The material for this course was published by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
CEU Course Objectives
1. Describe the routes of transmission, screening recommendations, and risk factors for Hepatitis C, as well as for Hepatitis A and B.
2. Identify strategies to assist those living with chronic Hepatitis C.
3. Discuss how particular populations, such as incarcerated individuals and gay and bisexual men, are at greater risk for Hepatitis C.
4. Evaluate preventative measures and treatment options for Hepatitis C.
