CEU Course Description

This CEU course describes: what makes a successful leader in homeless health care; how success and effective leadership is measured in nonprofit settings; and the key competencies required to build and sustain a dynamic organization.

CEU Course Objectives

1.  Investigate the duties that executive directors must perform to create a culture where the most talented people want to work.

2.  Compare and contrast the roles of effective leadership vs. management.

3.  Elucidate the components of fundraising that executives need expertise in for a nonprofit organization to thrive.
