Return course materials/exam to QUE when done. Make sure you order the exact edition of the book we have listed on our site by using the ISBN # provided.
             
Option 2: With Book - You will receive 2 shipments. Your exam material will be shipped immediately from our office in California along with a Prepaid Return Envelope in order to return all of your materials to our main office for grading. Your book will be shipped from Amazon.com. Participants will keep the book.
             

Home Study Program 2:

Treatment Improvement Protocol (TIP) Manuals - These manuals are free from SAMSHA. You will order a free manual from SAMSHA (toll free number provided on course page), then order the exam only version of the course from us. We will ship to you all material necessary to complete your course as well as provide you with a pre-paid shipping envelope to return your exam material.
